Classic French onion soup.
Seafood Bouillabaisse
Seafood stew with shrimp, fish, scallops and mussels cooked in fume with saffron and white wine.
Beef Bourguignon
Classic French Beef Stew with fingerling potatoes, tender slow cooked beef, mushrooms, tomatoes slow cooked in beef stock reduction and burgundy wine.
Crème Brûlée
Sweet custard with brûlée sugar.
